Booking and Payments: To secure your event date, a non-refundable 10% deposit is required. Final guest numbers must be confirmed two weeks before the event, and full payment is due one week before the event. Payments are non-refundable within two weeks of the event date.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply based on the notice period.

Menu Customization: We happily customize menus to meet your preferences and dietary requirements. Please inform us of any special requests or allergens before the event.

Liability and Allergen Information: While Magical Feasts takes utmost care in providing safe and delicious food, it is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before the event. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide suitable alternatives, but we cannot be held liable for any issues arising from undisclosed allergies or health concerns. Please ensure you communicate any relevant information to us to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

Third-Party Suppliers: We may engage third-party suppliers for certain services. However, we are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including images and logos, is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.
